Welcome to the web server of the database group of the Computer Science Department, at the University of Wisconsin. The group has been conducting database related research for almost 30 years, and is considered one of the best database groups in the country.

We are planning a celebration of the 30th year anniversary of the start of the database group on October 6, 2006. If you are a UW alumnus and work in the database area you are invited. For more information click here.
